Things are getting worse for Gaetz. Politico has the latest here: "For the sophomore Florida Republican, the House probe is only the latest threat to his political future. It follows the news that a close associate, Joel Greenberg, is expected to plead guilty to a range of federal crimes and enter a potential cooperation deal with prosecutors that could add to the growing case against Gaetz."

It will be interesting to see if sex scandals bring him down. I don't get the feeling his sex scandals are much different than Trump's and I'm here in Southern Utah where people have tall flagpoles with the American flag on top and the Trump flag just below it. I guess Trump never was proven to have sex with underage girls, though it was suspected, and maybe it will be proven with Gaetz, but Trump is credibly accused of rape and I don't think Gaetz is.
