The National Grid Wall surrounding the utility is broken into a series of squares. That translates into a mural per square.
Unfortunately there is street parking right next to the wall so it was a challenge to capture the murals with my camera. I was using a wide lens, a 10-24 and trying to stand right in front of the art. Sometimes I was successful, sometimes not so much.
This one was painted using a method that looked better from far away.
It was the owl and the woman's earring that caught my eye in this mural:
