I'm late to the party @Awais, but the reflection and lighting is so perfect, all you have to do is wait for subjects to pass by - very well captured!
Classic street shooting done in the great outdoors! Beautiful!!
Beautiful, Awais. Each time I see your photos I get engrossed in the details and wonder what I can infer about your country. For example, these women seem beautifully dressed to me in scarves and colorful accent colors, which I love.
I noticed you picked Women's Day as a topic. That got me scurrying to find photos of Women's Day in Pakistan and though the photos are not beautiful like yours, I found them fascinating:
I was about to post the thread related to women's day then i decided to make a separate topic with more photos of women that i have shot which are not many, forgot to modify tags :D
Photos you shared are from women march, and this time women really came out with the force triggering a debate in society for rights of women. I assume you can't read most of the banners in Urdu here, some very bold stuff went up on banners triggering huge debate in society.
It was a coincident, all four friends marching towards there hostel in different attire representing 4 different ideologies that exists in Pakistan. Few weeks back a lady from Europe i met in Islamabad, she was even surprised to see women in streets of Pakistan moving around without any restrictions. How different is perception from reality!
Perception versus reality - how true, Awais.
