Street photography tip #1 - your picture must tell a story. If you look closely you can see the tears running down the face of the woman(or maybe a man- doesn't matter) crossing the road. Maybe she had fight with a loved one. The man on the other side is looking at her with curiousity or concern or maybe just looking. There is also a lot of shadow and light which is important(all professional photos have shadow and light). As you can see the juxtopositioning of emotional and visual impact is important to tell a story. If you can see this in this picture then you have taken your first step towards becoming a street photographer. If not then I am sorry for you.

*Next week I explain gear and why you have to sell your house and family to become a street photographer.
