    • Although Cake does not have an easy method of sending communication to a specific person or group of persons, I intend that this message will be seen by @Chris, @yaypie, and @Vilen.

I noticed that you are using the imgix api for the posted photographs. Is there any plans in the future for users to be able to access the previously posted public pictures of a given user without locating the original post in which the photograph was uploaded? (If, of course, the one who posted the photo is okay with it being accessed in an alternative way.)

In other words, will there be something similar to a user album available?

    • There are quite a few people who have indicated that photography and the posting of photographs is one of their main reasons for being here. A photographer may not want to have their entire profile public, but may want to have their "photostream" or "album" available.

So therefore I think it might be a good idea. Or, if it were possible for things posted on cake, through a tool similar to ifttt, to be added automatically to a photograph storage site like flickr and for there to be some way for the Cake visitor to access the photographer's stored photos on the other site.

The point is not so much how this is implemented but rather that if this is indeed the main reason that certain people are on Cake then those who desire to interact with a specific person should be able to access what interests that person, if you understand what I am trying to say.
