Here's an article I read a while back.

It's something I've thought a lot about since that time and I find myself very troubled by what's happening around the world. For whatever reason I think of people who have had reconstructive surgery as fake. Well maybe they aren't but their body or face is. I just think fake and I'm so turned off by it. I can understand people who have grossly deformed features but why change things if you're 'normal'? I guess for many people it may help them find a better partner or better job but I just can't seem to come to terms with it. There's just so much pressure on women and now even men to look a certain way. I think that people who can't live with themselves the way they are naturally must have some kind of a mental problem. Someone help me to see the other side of this issue so I can understand it better. Read the article and share your thoughts.
