Each year at the start of the year I review my previous years images and come up with my top ten images for the year. This is based on Martin Bailey's yearly top ten. By doing this process I find it a form of self improvement, Self critic of my images. This is a great way to learn to improve your work, the trick it to really look hard at your images and cut them down to a final ten, not twelve or greater but to make that final hard cut down to ten images, but doing that you really find out which images are your best andn why others don't quite make it. See my link below and also check out Martin's blog and pod cast on the process.
