We all come to the truth about the coronavirus in our own way. Just because an alternative theory on the coronavirus isn’t receiving widespread coverage by the main street media doesn’t mean that the theory is untrue.
I therefore wanted to examine the top 5 alternative theories on the coronavirus and the underlying evidence that supports or disproves each theory. See the coronavirus topic for additional related discussions.
#1 The Chinese government created the coronavirus in a Wuhan lab and then released it either intentionally or accidentally. They then downplayed the seriousness of the virus in order to corner the market on PPE and ventilators.
There is an element of truth to the Chinese censoring information to the outside world during the early weeks of the virus’s spread in Wuhan and other parts of China.
In December, a Chinese Doctor was arrested for blowing the whistle about the virus. He was forced by Chinese state officials to recant his testimony and subsequently died from coronavirus in March.
On December 30, Li Wenliang dropped a bombshell in his medical school alumni group on the popular Chinese messaging app WeChat: seven patients from a local seafood market had been diagnosed with a SARS-like illness and quarantined in his hospital.
Li explained that, according to a test he had seen, the illness was a coronavirus -- a large family of viruses that includes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). (This Chinese doctor tried to save lives, but was silenced. Now he has coronavirus)
In March, China expelled American journalists from the major news outlets (The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Washington Post).
As far as whether the coronavirus was created in a lab, Secretary Pompeo admits that “we don’t have certainty about whether it began in the lab or whether it began someplace else.”
No major intelligence agencies have original intelligence from human sources or electronic intercepts. The famous “dossier prepared by concerned Western governments” was instead prepared from open source documents. (Australia hits back at US claim linking coronavirus to Wuhan lab)
“In an interview with National Geographic published Monday, Fauci cited scientific evidence that shows the virus was not man-made.”
