Just having a conversation about Kickstarter and what appears to be the global mistrust that is growing from product developers and the growing percentage of products that never reach the end user.
Here's and example Polygons | The Flat 4-in-1 Measuring Spoon, the 'inventor' got over $1,000,000, delivery was supposed to be over a year ago for an extremely simple product, this.
as you see the is a watermark across the bottom of the photo, the 'inventor' approached 5 companies in China to manufacurer, alledgely 5 declines.
...BUT one of them stole the idea and is now selling it on Alibaba. This is 'THEIR' image of the product...they even stole the photo...or did they?
Did the inventor take the million dollars and run and just sell his idea?
Have you been or feel like you've been scammed on Kickstarter or similar funding sites?
