In the article the testing was done on mice and I wonder if these same benefits would apply in the human trials. It would be also interesting to know just how much exercise is needed to gain the benefits of irisin hormone, which the study claims is responsible for better memory.
As people get older the options and the dur of the exercises available dramatically decrease. However I do think that lack of exercise is an increasingly important issue in our society and pretty much every single study is confirming that we need more of it regardless of a specific benefit.
