      I took the shot then very respectfully demolished these after about 2 seconds of silence.

      Baclava from Turkey, they seem to use a different type of syrup, not the sticky icky stuff we usually get. Anyway beautiful dessert from Anason in Barangaroo. The rest of the food was great too - highly recommend.

      So, whats your weakness?

      Real baklava should use [real] honey; when you can see it's just some sugary (maybe a touch spiced) syrup, you know it's not the real thing :)
