Strolling through the Schlossberg (Castle mountain) park in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, I spotted these little bell-shaped wildflowers. Their purple color and the green all around caught my eye. The grass was still wet from the morning dew, and I had to sacrifice the comfort of dry shoes to get the shot.

    • Snowdrops have a secret place in Maudslay State Park. I stumbled on this location a couple of years back - it's on the side of a hill, behind a brick wall, and it's loaded with snowdrops. Yesterday I sat among the flowers, absorbing their beauty.
