I’ve seen a number of different things with these designs over the years. Definitely the future. Driving ourselves in giant overweight vehicles and having them sit the 23 hours a day is the biggest waste imaginable.
It's not the prettiest vehicle ever, but hey, when you are a passenger in city traffic then it doesn't matter, all you need is a decent seat and some windows to see out of.

This is interesting but I wonder if it will come to the Australian market. It could be a good idea and just iron all the bugs and make sure it's safe for the passenger, especially since there are no drivers.
