Zwift has built in workouts (special mode) and group workouts that you can join with others. They are a lot more fun than just watching a video. I would recommend having 2 screens: one for Zwift and one for “Distractions” such as music videos, movies or whatever works for you. They also have many long term coached plans (built inside the game) that are highly structured and can be fully optimized for you based on your FTP.
