I was just over reacting to the disturbing behaviour in @StephenL's video above.
Unfortunately I actually have had bodily fluids thrown at me more than once over the years, as have most physicians at some time in their training, especially if they spend much time in the ER, or some psychiatric wards. Usually one just overlooks it. But it isn't always easy.
You can image how health care workers feel with this behaviour occurring in some ERs during this current pandemic.
Despite what some of the folks in that video suggested, I know of no freedom to deliberately spew ones infectious bodily fluids at other people in the general public arena.
Some folks really push the boundaries of tolerable behaviour.
Most people really do try to be considerate and responsible, fortunately.
Sadly, folks think that Google can answer all their questions honestly, and accurately - not falsely, and nor maliciously, and not for someone elses agenda.
How did we get to this strange world we find ourselves living in??
