    • Last night, I made something that tasted similar to an ice cream sundae.

      2 large spoonfuls of Polaner All-Fruit, Raspberry

      2 or 3 heaping spoonfuls of Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt

      A couple squirts of low sugar Chocolate syrup.

      Mix thoroughly in a bowl and yum! 😋

      What’s your semi-healthy homemade treat?

    • Step 1: Peel banana, place in bowl.

      Step 2: Cover with a generous amount of honey

      Step 3: Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of whole flaxseeds atop bananas with honey

      Step 4: Enjoy a bit of banana, honey and crunchy flaxseeds in every bite!
