I saw a post on Parler yesterday crying conspiracy and asking
'Why didn't China need a Vaccine to beat Covid-19?'
The answer of course is because China locked down and wore masks, something 50% of Americans are too stupid to do.

I guess being badly ill or dying isn't classed as 'suffering'.

    • Can’t easily fix the misinformation sources that a majority of Americans looks to. Republicans have also been supporting misinformation campaigns for the last decade or two. This is really no surprise. Majority of Republican Party is still not standing up to say the election wasn’t stolen from Trump. The democracy is at risk when there are no agreed upon facts. Republicans don’t realize they are playing with fire.

    • Very interesting! Amazing infograph, too.

The pattern of infection in the restaurant showed it was transmission through droplets landing on the face rather than from aerosols, which are breathed in

      What does this mean?

Many states have seen significant drops in their rate of new cases in the last week but California's rolling 7 day average is now almost 40,000 new cases per day, and the national 7 day average daily death rate since Covid began has risen from just under 1000 a month ago to 2,500 today.

    • That's fascinating.

The amazing thing is I just spoke to a close friend of mine who converted to positive this last week end , and he says he ate lunch at a meeting last week, 10 feet away from someone, who was also found to be positive a couple days later. He estimates they were only in the room together at least 10 feet apart for no more than 10 minutes. TEN minutes.

As far as he can reconstruct, that was his only known exposure.

My friend is currently quarentined for 10 days. He says he feels fine, so far....
