It has been a while since I have been on Cake. I was on a diet (the tech kind) to say the least.
Today, I saw this article on Gizmodo and found it interesting and wanted to see what others opinions are. Are you in the camp of everything in moderation? Or are you in the mindset of do as much as you can when you can (if not all the time)? Perhaps you don't exercise and that's OK to since we will all die sometime.
We all do things for different reasons. Exericise and healthy habits are performed for many reasons- bad or good. Me, I'm a borderline exercise addict because it consistently gives me a clear mind, lessens my stress and makes me feel good and strong. I have always been small and fitness has been one thing that has allowed me to be a confident & more resilient person. While exercise is important to me, I have had to learn to manage my time better between family, fitness and work (A hard act for me!!!) and some other things. Yet on days I balance all the things in my life perfectly I still don't feel quite the same when I don't get in a good workout.
Is there such a thing as to much exercise? Not in my world.
What about yours?
