    • my carbon footprint estimate for dogfood is admittedly lame: it is really difficult to discover what is IN dogfood, and if it is animal byproduct, is the carbon footprint of the consumer meat product already covering the carbon cost of the byproduct? Nobody knows. I assumed yes, and based the footprint on producing corn for the dogfood though not all dogfoods contain corn.

    • Do all the carbon footprints add up to the total carbon emission, or can carbon footprints be attributable in a way that allows comparisons from many points of view? Specifically, can an IDEA have a carbon footprint? Aside from their no-doubt-slight direct carbon footprint, do unicorns have an attributable footprint from the emulation and memorialization of unicorns? If nobody ever had the idea of unicornia, would they just have emulated something else, or would the world's carbon burden be a little less?!
