Quick question: what is the percentage of the population that can benefit from free glasses:

An answer guilty of “proofiness” in persuading adoption of a free eyeglass program is 90%. It sounds logical (add them all up), but the above statistics are not mutually exclusive: someone who is farsighted can also wear glasses.
