I'm organizing an event called "Building Products People Love" and someone mentioned @Chris as a potential speaker. I looked up his linkedin and found that he's "building a modern version of Reddit". Coincidentally, I'm also building a spin on reddit. So I was curious. Initially looking at the content I stumbled upon, I didn't see much.
That's what led me to join Cake. What I'm hoping to get out of it - I have absolutely no idea. Right now I'm filing it as a minimalist aesthetic forum. Thank you for clarifying your take on it.
I do wonder if the `REPLY` button should be at the top of my screen now and not the bottom. Maybe I'll check out the #ux topic.
Edit - I love emoji responses in slack. It's great to have them in a forum. Though I wish I had all of the emojis.
