I’m super proud of this foxglove i planted from a 6 pack last fall. It’s huge! Today It measured in at 47inches!! I mean what a beast! If you look closely you’ll see auxiliary buds near the larger, more open flowers.

This is the first Artichoke of the season! Booming off a plant that went in last year but got neglected. We transplanted it about a month ago and it’s tripled in size!

First time planting Shiso and it’s going good! A leaf here and there in the salad or stir fry goes along way. If you’ve never had it, check your local sushi joint and see if they have something on the menu with Shiso.

I'm in Santa Cruz, CA where it's been Unfortunately, overcast and blehh for the last few weeks. Really hoping for some good sunny hot days soon! Here's a shot of the snapdragons that went in this time last year.

I've always wanted to try the Topsy Turvy growing of tomatoes upside down. This spring I'm giving it a whirl! Though instead of buying the $30 as seen on tv version I made my own using some cheap buckets and some window screen. I planted them last …

It rained yesterday and I felt like showing off all the hard work we've been putting into the yard over the last few years. *Update* Here's a walk around video after yesterdays little rain.

What a cutie! I love that pink face. I like the idea of clicker training, but it only works if you have the clicker readily available. I defaulted to snapping, and it's worked great for Tyrian. I can also snap really loud now.. I also came up with …
